Welcome to Man Cave Moguls. Man Cave Moguls is operated by Apollo Mac Enterprises ("Man Cave Moguls," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mancavemoguls.com (the "Site"), including purchases made through the Site and related services we provide.

By visiting our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Site, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.

2. OUR ONLINE STORE

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our product offerings at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, dimensions, specifications, packaging, features, and other details may vary slightly from what appears on your device or may be updated by manufacturers or suppliers.

Certain products offered through Man Cave Moguls are supplied and fulfilled by third-party manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or decline an order when a product is unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping information, availability, or other Site content.

4. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that we have already accepted except where permitted by applicable law or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.

Large, heavy, or oversized products may require freight delivery, delivery appointments, additional coordination, or other special procedures.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.

9. INSPECTION OF DELIVERIES

Customers should inspect delivered products and packaging as soon as reasonably possible.

For large, oversized, or freight shipments, customers should document visible damage to the product or packaging whenever possible and contact us promptly.

Claims involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because some orders are transmitted to suppliers shortly after being placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact support@mancavemoguls.com as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation of an order.

11. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND FULFILLMENT

Certain products offered through Man Cave Moguls are provided or fulfilled through third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners.

We may provide these parties with information reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, arrange delivery, process a return, provide replacement parts, address a warranty or damage issue, or otherwise service your purchase.

Although we coordinate customer service for purchases made through mancavemoguls.com, certain product-specific matters may require coordination with the applicable supplier or manufacturer.

12. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Certain products may include warranties provided by their manufacturer or supplier.

Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and duration established by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Man Cave Moguls does not independently create or extend a manufacturer's warranty.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.

26. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
